Fees
Fees for Conference 2010 are as follows:
- Regular rate $949
- Bundle Package*: $1099 (*bundle includes: pre- or post-Conference Session, Conference Registration and ticket to the Thursday Evening Dinner Event. Available until September 24, 2010)
- Onsite registration rate – $1,099 (bundles not available onsite. Onsite Registration fee applies beginning September 25,2010)
- Single day rate (Thursday or Friday) $599
- Student/Ambassador/Poster Presenter rate $599
- Exhibitor or Sponsor rate $849
- Pre or post-conference session (delegate) $299
- Pre or post-conference session (non-delegate) $399 ($299 each for a group of 10 – savings of $1000)
- Pre-conference ‘Yoga to Increase Creativity’ session $199
- Thursday evening dinner event $89
Group Rates
- Group of 10 or more $750 each (savings of $1990!)
- Thursday Evening Dinner Event – Reserved Table for 8 $600
Other fees
- Administration fee for cancellations before August 20 $75
- Administration fee for name changes $25
