Navigating the Perfect Legal Storm: A Workshop on Psychological Safety in the Workplace
The Mental Health Commission of Canada is hosting an invitational workshop on September 30 for employer and employee representatives from diverse segments of Canada’s public and private goods- and service-producing sectors. The purpose of the workshop is to discern ways of supporting employers in meeting current and emerging legislative duties to provide psychologically safe work environments. Support for this workshop is provided through The Great-West Life Assurance Company’s national corporate citizenship program in support of the Great-West Life Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace.
