About the Health Work & Wellness™ Conference
What is Organizational Health?
Increasingly, business leaders are recognizing that success is determined as much by the overall health of the organization as it is by profit and productivity. A healthy organization is one that creates a culture that supports employees’ need for mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and social well-being, and is regarded by employees as ‘great’ or ‘exceptional’.

How will my organization or I benefit from attending?
The conference is not only a valuable professional development opportunity for individuals and teams from both large and small organizations, but also the best event in Canada to hear from leading thinkers on issues ranging from workplace productivity to corporate social responsibility. We bring together real people with real stories to share ways that they have overcome the challenges and barriers we all face in developing successful, healthy organizations.
What is the dress code for the Health Work & Wellness™ Conference?
Most people wear business casual attire for the Conference. However, there is no set dress code for this conference and we just want you to be comfortable!

What is included in my registration fees?
Conference registration includes admission to the Marketplace, the Wednesday Welcome Reception (with a cash bar), all program sessions on Thursday and Friday including the keynotes, breakouts, sponsored spotlights, breakfast roundtable discussions, any refreshments provided at breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, and the Thursday Marketplace Wine & Cheese Reception (with a cash bar).

Note: everyone in the group must register within a seven-day period. Please follow the instructions on the registration form to qualify for the group rate.
Why does everyone from a group need to register within seven days of one another?
In order to manage group registrations, we must have all individuals (i.e. 12 or more) of the group register within seven days to ensure the correct discount rate is processed.
Is there a student rate?

Do I need to sign up for the evening events beforehand?
The Thursday Evening Event is very popular and tends to sell out early, so we recommend that you purchase tickets early for yourself and any guests you may be bringing. Please note that this evening event is included in the Early Bird Bundle Package, so if you purchased this package you’ve already got a ticket! There is no cost to attend the Wednesday Welcome Reception and the Thursday Marketplace Wine & Cheese Reception we ask that you pre-register so that we have an accurate account of the number of people who will be attending.
Can I wait until I arrive at the conference to choose my sessions?
Due to maximum capacities in some presentations, we ask that you make your session selections at the time of registration to ensure that you can attend your choice of sessions.

You may invite guests at no charge to the Wednesday Welcome Reception, the Thursday Marketplace Wine & Cheese Reception and the Marketplace on Thursday afternoon.
