In an effort to help Canadian business leaders create a better place to work, the Health Work & Wellness™ Group created Canada’s first online, independent, organizational health library for Canada. Launched at the annual Health Work & Wellness™ Conference in Toronto in October 2011, the library contains the latest healthy workplace practices, tools, reports, models, case studies, research and educational programs in the field of organizational health. In the future, the library will also contain related information such as events and job postings.

Meant to be a “one-stop shop” for business leaders, researchers, students and journalists needing information on creating healthy workplaces, the library is fully searchable by keyword and topic. Supported by a Research Assistant who is soon to be joined by an Advisory Group and Review Committee, the organizational health community in Canada is tapped in to the library to provide advice and guidance, ensuring the quality of materials is in keeping with the quality of programming the Health Work & Wellness™ Group is known for.
