About the Health Work & Wellness™ Conference

What is Organizational Health?

Increasingly, business leaders are recognizing that success is determined as much by the overall health of the organization as it is by profit and productivity. A healthy organization is one that creates a culture that supports employees’ need for mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and social well-being, and is regarded by employees as ‘great’ or ‘exceptional’.

Who attends the Health Work & Wellness™ Conference?

The Health Work & Wellness™ Conference is Canada’s premier business conference on organizational health. To find out who you’ll meet at the conference click here.

How will my organization or I benefit from attending?

The conference is not only a valuable professional development opportunity for individuals and teams from both large and small organizations, but also the best event in Canada to hear from leading thinkers on organizational health issues ranging from enhancing workplace productivity to creating a vibrate corporate culture to leadership techniques in a changing environment. We bring together real people with real stories to share ways that they have overcome the challenges and barriers we all face in developing successful teams and healthy organizations.

What is the dress code for the Health Work & Wellness™ Conference?

Most people wear business casual attire for the Conference. However, there is no set dress code for this conference and we just want you to be comfortable! For the Wednesday evening Crystal Celebration, the dress code is all glitz and glam! Cocktail attire is the order of the evening so break out those shiny ties, sparkly dresses and glitzy shoes to dance the night away. Finally, don’t forget that balance is important: bring your runners, work out gear, yoga attire and racquets for some active R&R in between conference sessions whether it be through the hotel facilities, at the waterfront or at the scheduled fitness times.
