The conference has negotiated the reduced rate of $209 + taxes per night for delegates and is holding a large block of rooms. Delegates are responsible for booking their own hotel reservations either online or by telephone. Please book early for accommodations, which are available on a first come-first served basis.

The Hyatt Regency Vancouver is located in downtown Vancouver approximately 16 km from Vancouver International Airport. Please contact the hotel on 604 683 1234 for information about transportation.

The Canada Line, Vancouver’s new rapid transit rail link connects from YVR Airport and stops directly under the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The Canada Line runs every 7 minutes from the YVR-Airport Station during peak hours and every 15 minutes during off-peak hours and will reach the Hyatt in approximately 26 minutes.
