About The Better Workplace Conference

What is Organizational Health?

Increasingly, business leaders are recognizing that success is determined as much by the overall health of the organization as it is by profit and productivity. A healthy organization is one that creates a culture that supports employees’ need for mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and social well-being, and is regarded by employees as ‘great’ or ‘exceptional’.
