The “Who, What, When and Where” of Gender Pay Differentials

The WES is able to explain over 60% of the wage disparity but there is still almost 40% of the variance unaccounted for. In order to insure that women are not being underpaid in the workplace, it is essential for organizations to review their pay structures and policies regularly.
